Academic 2008-2009   Ph.D : Have Master degree. Master : Have Bachelor degree. Bachelor : Have high school degree (Bac II). Associate : Have high school degree or fail or the same level degree. Note: Students who have graduated Associate, they are allowed to continue studying Bachelor year III here or the other Universities according to the advocacy N0 641 of MoEYS. Diploma : Have secondary school degree.         Due to have more sponsors from international communities, fee has been discounted.
